Ariana is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LD) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), specializing in Integrative and Functional Nutrition as well as Fitness and Sports Nutrition.
She is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages and backgrounds to achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle through personalized health strategies.
Ariā€™s professional experience includes working at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine before joining Wild Health as a Health Coach. She is also a Nutrition Coach with LVLTN Coaching, teaches a Healthy Lifestyles as Preventive Medicine course at Case Western Reserve University, and coaches CrossFit.
Outside of her professional roles, Ari enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three dogs, as well as staying active with CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
