Dr. Dana Sinclair is a performance psychologist and is founder and partner of Human Performance International, a Toronto-based management consulting firm. She is also the author of “Dialed In: Do Your Best When It Matters Most”. 

She works with professional athletes and teams in the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NHL, IndyCar, MLS, PGA, the Olympics. She also works with actors, executives, students, physicians, musicians, and more. 

She is a licensed psychologist and holds doctorates from the University of Cambridge and the University of Ottowa. She is a clinical assistant professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia and is a member of the American Psychological Association.
